How to Use a Red Light LED Mask: Frequency, Timing and Light Modes

Consistency matters when using a red light LED mask. The correct routine starts with the instructions for your particular device.

How often should you use it?

The supplied guide describes 2–3 sessions per week, lasting 10–20 minutes each.

Follow the session duration and frequency in your product manual.

How do you choose a light mode?

Many LED masks offer selectable light modes, and some also offer adjustable intensity. Choose only the modes and settings available on your device, following its instructions and your skincare needs. Do not assume every mask has the same controls.

Build a regular routine

Use the mask as directed and keep sessions consistent. More frequent or longer sessions are not a substitute for following the manual.
